Im a bit skeptical of the cambridge diet to be honest! Its sounds like one of those ones that you loose all the weight while you are on the meals but as soon as you start eating 'normally' again you end up putting all the weight back on again. Like Slim Fast. As soon as you atop drinking the shakes you end up putting weight on again! Just my opinion of course but hopefully that wont be the way for you.
Im doing Slimming World and have found it to be so easy! I love it! More of a 'healthy eating regime' than a diet. Last week I had a chinese takeaway and a few sneaky cupcakes and still managed to loose 2lbs. Altogether Ive lost 20lbs in 8 weeks!
