you only get 1 a choice on extra easy. and theres no b choice on there. So you need a b choice and to count 1a as syns. Which would be 6!

Milk was 450ml skimmed milk and cheese was 60g RF cheddar and this was between 5 people so proprtionally/fractionally wise, I used both as my A choice to add up to one whole A choice (if you work out the syns of what i consumed its the same as the whole lot as either the milk or cheese). I know I'm prob going to be told off for this by loads of you but the maths adds up and anyway its the overall calories etc that would matter rather than it actually being all milk or all cheese.

HEB is going to be toast in abt 10mins: been looking forward to it! (Also had a Caramel Rocky as a Syn so a tblsp jam and taht will be me for today)!

Found this on SW FAQ section:

Q: Can I mix and match my Healthy Extras by halving the portions?

A: Yes, if you like - you’ll still lose weight beautifully! The downside is your speed and fibre symbols would have to be ignored unless your two halves had identical symbols. However, mixing and matching couldn't be done when there are multiple items in one choice. With all single item choices, feel free!

So the milk/cheese thing is ok in SW's eyes (would have to be as theres no scientific reason it wouldnt!)

Glad I could I could help you rather than you helping me all the time! Just means you have more flexibility when it comes to HEA as you can eg use it for milk and cheese!
