one of my resolutions is to lose my baby weight in time for my birthday in may and holiday in june, so I finally went back to weightwatchers today, wish me luck xxx

Good luck hun!

I'm supposed to have started today but after a pretty good day I was scuppered by a stressful swimming lesson (Isabelle's not mine) and the need for a cuppa and some biscuits afterwards!

Is there a healthy alternative that goes really well with a cup of tea?

Good luck to all! I'm starting WW online after my 6 week post natal check. Just have to wait til have the baby first. And the worst is I cant even eat what I want now as I get heartburn and indigestion.

Mind you, hubby's doing a good job of eating for both of us as he knows he'll be on WW with me so he's enjoying the run up to the start.....

Good luck. I wanted to join Slimming World at the start of January but I dont drive, and I really dont fancy walking to the methodist church in the freezing cold ice and snow at 7pm
