celebrity slim
started this 2 days ago and 4lbs lighter already-over the bloody moon! been training with it too though which helps!

what's celebrity slim? If I remember rightly fromy PR days, it was black coffee, cigarettes and coke (not the drinking variety!) Guessing you are not doing that version?!

I have seen this in my local pharmacy. It's a similar thing to slim fast if it's the same one? Variety of shakes, soups etc, the girl I know that works in there is doing it and she thinks it's fab

its basically the same concept as slim fast however slim fast is mostly sugar which gives you energy your not getting from food. Celebrity slim works by drastically reducing your carb intake so that youre body starts to use fat deposits for energy instead of carbs. The shakes are much nicer than slim fast however I'm having a hard time not having alot of carbs for my main meal as I'm a fussy eater and basically live on carbs! Doesn't seem to be doing any harm though as I'm fast losing weight-both on the scales and I notice it on my body. Cant believe such a drastic change in just a few days. Was dubious cause its so pricey but I'm happy paying that now I know how well it works
 obviously helps if you exercise 3 or 4 times per week also!

i'm starting this next week
i tried WW and although it was working (slowly) i was having a hard time planning what to eat etc etc i love meal replacement diets and i used to work for a health & wellness company that sells them and used to live on them pre-baby days as our office kitchen were stocked with all the products we sold. am hoping this one works out otherwise will have to find a distributor for the company i used to work for and get theirs which i know will be more costly
