TODAY so far, I have eaten:
breakfast: filter coffee with skimmed milk croissant banana snack: a satsuma glass of squash lunch: granary baguette filled with tuna mayo, lettuce and mayo (no butter) glass of water snack: an apple 5 raw almonds a strawberry low fat yoghurt dinner: HM low-fat chicken tikka masala with basmati rice after dinner: half a twix (one stick) Last edited by matilda s mum : 25-06-09 at 22:28. |

This is a good idea as once I have had this baby I need to stop snacking all the time.....but for now I will carry on as am
![]() So yesterday Breakfast Cup of tea 2 pieces of toast with marmite Smoothie (OH, Izzy and I shared made with 2 bananas, 5 strawberries, 3 spoons of yoghurt and apple juice) Mid morning Piece of shortbread and cup of tea Lunch Ham sandwich and 2 cocktail sausages, fromage frais and a some grapes Snack A bit of pitta dipped in sour cream and chive dip while making Izzy's tea, some grapes Dinner Smoked salmon pasta Raspberries and blueberries and greek yoghurt with a HM meringue leftover from making eton mess the other day 2 squares of cadbury chocolate, OH scoffed the rest Had water and squash throughout day |

Yesterday:
Cup of tea first thing Cup of tea and 2 nice biscuits with Finlay at around 10am Ham sandwich and plain walkers crisps for lunch Half a twix and 3 squares Galaxy about 20 mins after lunch ![]() Chilli and Jacket spud for Dinner Today so far: 3 cups of tea this morning Small bowl of left over chilli and 1 slice bread and butter for lunch with Finlay wiht a glass of water A satsuma Currently drinking an iced tea No idea what dinner is tonight yet, something with salad and french bread ![]() |

Yesterday I had:
Breakfast - Bran flakes Lunch - Hummous mini cob, ham/pickle mini cob, strawberries and grapes (lunch provided on course, was decidedly strange) Some dried pineapple driving home (was supposed to be Isabella's) Dinner - Gammon, egg, pineapple and hm oven chips. About 4 cups of tea and 3 water throughout day. Today I have had: Breakfast - Bran flakes Lunch - chicken salad on brown roll then some raisins Dinner - hm pizza with peppers, onion, ham and pineapple and a corn on cob. Had 3 cups of tea today, one coffee, one water and a diet coke |

Today:
Lunch - At Costa, tuna salad sandwich and a tall skinny latte (6 points). Tea - Spaghetti bolognese with 20g grated cheese (11.5 points). Supper - Special K choc chip cereal bar (1.5 points) 2 Diet Cokes and some water. 2 points carried forward. Last edited by Ellie H : 26-06-09 at 18:50. |

OMG what a bad day for me to answer this thread. I have had an horrendous day:-
Banana for brekkie 2 cups of black tea Ham Cheese and pineapple brown s/w (although didn't realise was all mixed in mayo, yuk!) 100g bag of sweets - pic n mix Pizza Hut Chicken supreme pizza - 3 slices medium, followed by warm cookie dough and ice cream ![]() |
