I had:
Slice of toast with jam, cup of tea Lunch - took some couscous and roasted veg to work, was on a course that provided lunch so had a couple of little sarnies too (a prawn one, a cheese and mango chutney one was lush), loads of fruit: strawberries, melon, pineapple. grapes couple of biscuits and two cups of tea Dinner was roast chicken, root veg mash, broccoli and a yorkshire pudding at MILs then a cup of tea. Drank no water today! |

today my food diary looks like this........
(350ml skimmed milk) breakfast: 2 poached eggs on 2 slices wholemeal toast (400g loaf) 2 cups of tea 1/2 banana lunch: pasta pot and some salad snack: 2 shape feel fuller for longer yoghurts cup of coffee dinner: large rump steak with salad, boiled eggs and 200g McCain rustic oven chips (2 syns) 2 syns + 1a choice and 1 b choice. |

Breakfast: Alpen light bar (B choice)
Lunch: Cheese (A choice) & Beans on 2 X wholemeal toast (B choice) Tea: Chicken mugshot, muller yog and fruit Will be sampling some home made SW ice cream later! Only had 1 glass of water today, need to up my water intake! |

Yesturday I had...
Breakfast - 2 slices of toast with teaspoon of honey on each slice (3pts) (no butter) Lunch - A huge salad with pepers, onion, 2 tablepoons half fat grated cheese (1pt) salad dressing (1pt) and a funsize Mars for after (1.5pts) Tea - Beef Casserole (5.5pts) with mash (2pts) Snack - Banana (1.5pts) As I had only used 15.5 pts up until then (my limit is 22) OH brought me a slice of chocolate cheesecake from Waitrose I dont know the points value, probably more than my allowance, but it was sooooooo good I dont care Drinks - Cant remember how much but probably not enough as I had a banging headache last night. Must drink more today! |

I'm scared to type what i have had! Just having a glass of wine at the mo: not a good idea to potty train when on a diet as you just NEED wine and chocolate after a long day... (But quite sucessful day)
Diet started badly today when I gave Rhys some banana bread with choc chips in it: yummy.... even nicer with some butter on top........ Ah well. Start again tomorrow. 12 weeks til holiday.... |

oh dear - wish I hd not spotted this thread today as now I have to fess up - ok, here goes...
breakfast: Oatso simple portion of porridge made with semi-skimmed milk. half a banana and a handful of raisins added. snack: had a ribena then felt sick so had a a dry cracker lunch: Toby Carvery roast dinner! beef, yorkshire pud, roast potatoes, roast parsnips, carrot, swede mash, cauliflower cheese and cabbage, with beef gravy and mint sauce (I know, so common!). And an appletiser. mid-afternoon: a lemonade. Then a slice of lemon meringue pie at the garden centre! tea: M&S BBQ chicken fillets (yummy!) with bolied new potatoes (with olivio spread on them) and reduced-fat coleslaw drink: tonic water - recommended as stomach settling cheeky snack: a Mr Kipling lemon slice (yum!) I have such a major sweet tooth at the moment! |
