today ive had....
breakfast. bacon and tomatoes on 2 slice wholemeal bread (HE B) banana and yoghurt lunch. cous cous with veg (chopped small, 2 tomatoes, chunk cucumber, 2 spring onions) dinner. chicken and chorizo jambalaya (1 syn) with carrots cauliflower and broccolli. 2 large oranges 350ml skimmed milk (HE A) used in tea and coffee,a pint of squash after my 4 mile walk after lunch. 3 squares (1oz) dark chocolate 7.5 syns 8.5 syns for today ![]() |

Yesterday i had:
breakfast: yog and banana, cereal bar (HO B) Lunch: Ham salad and mayo (3syns) Few quavers (3syns) Tea: Chicken wrapped in bacon with Mozerella (HO A), jacket potato and butter (3syns) Syns = 10 Today i have had: Breakfast - pear, grapes and 2 Babybells (HO A) (was eating on the move!) Lunch - Bacon, mushrooms, poached egg on toast (HO B) Tea - Pork, mushrooms and onions in soy sauce with rice I will be having a yummy shortbread biscuit made by Liv for a snack later (3 syns) Syns = 3 |

thought ide fill this in, seen as ive been a good girl
breakfast: banana blueberries and yoghurt 2 cups tea. lunch: wholemeal pitta bread (HE B) ham and lots of salad with fat free dressing. tea: beef and bean chilli with boiled rice (HE A) 350ml skimmed milk, used in tea throughout the day CO-OP and ASDA wholemeal pitta breads can now be used as a healthy extra B woohoo more filling than a sandwich ![]() ooo and a 250ml bottle of Jacques cider, 7 syns Last edited by emmaandnoah : 20-08-10 at 23:24.
