what age to swap?

seeing the recent posts on swapping from formula to cows milk I was just wondering what age your little ones were when you swapped them?

iz was about 10 and a half months, slightly early than the recommended one year but thought i would give it a try to introduce gradually given how i had heard it can be a struggle, anyway gave it to her one night, she didn't bat an eyelid drank it all down so i didn't look back.

Bit silly really, in hindsight, but Flo had formula til she was about eighteen months. She had cows milk as well but I think she still had formula before bed. I thought it would catch any nutritional shortfalls during the day but she has always eaten quite broadly so in retrospect I should have saved myself some money.

Think Evan was about 11 months. Only because I had ran out of formula and used cows milk in an emergency. He didnt notice any difference though so carried on with it.
