Unhappy Gone off milk & sleep

Since Chirstmas Sebastian has gone off his milk & sleep

He's now down to 8oz milk at 2pm followed by 1/2 - 1 hour nap & 8oz milk at bedtime followed by a broken sleep of 8hrs! he won't touch milk in the morning except what I can get away with putting on his cereal. He does eat well though, a typical day he will have:

weetabix & 4oz milk on,
fruit,
good helping of lunch & pudding, water
8oz milk,
good sized tea & pudding,water
8oz milk.

I'm just wondering if I should try get him to drink more milk or if its his natural way of replacing milk with solids. & his not sleeping in the morning any more even though he's not sleeping through, but if we go out he'll sleep for hours & his night times aren't any worse! Anyone any ideas?

Noah did exaxtly the same, got up one morning and decided he didnt want milk anymore. just pushed his bottle away, so tried it in a cup and his beaker and he just didnt want it. hasnt had it since. he has about 4/5oz at night before bed. He was having an hour sleep in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon, now he just has his afternoon nap 1-2 hours but he does sleep 12-13 hours at night.

ide just offer him water with his breakfast and just put milk on his cereal. he mite change his mind and ask for it. noah has 'tea' with his breakfast. (hot water + milk + dunk of my teabag)

Freddie was breastfed till around 11 months when he decided he wouldn't drink any more. Wouldn't take bottles either, and they had never been a problem in the past. I kept using plenty of milk in his food, kept offering him small drinks of milk and he did eventually start drinnking it again, although now it's 2 bottles or cups a day - one first thing and then another sometime late afternoon or before bed.

could be, he's got 3 teeth & not made a fuss with any of them so I'm not made aware until it breaks through I'll just keep sneaking it in then & hope he decides to sleep again soon!

Hi, my lo same age and HV said they only need 20 oz a day in any form which it looks like you've got. This app includes cheese, yoghurt, custard and sauces too.
I have the battle of getting my lo to drink more than 4oz at a time without throwing the extra up. I wish she'd drink 2 8oz bottles!
She still keeps waking for one or 2 bottles in the night too xxx
She doesn't seem too bothered about naps either. some days she'll sleep loads others none at all. Must be their age lolxxx
