Default Breastfeeding and weaning - am i supposed to use cows milk??

gabriella is 6 months and just started weaning her this past week

so far she is only having 1 meal - breakfast, and ive been giving her either weetabix or ready brek with different fruits. Ive been making it up with whole/full fat milk, is this ok?

as i am still breastfeeding and dont want to buy formula milk just to mix with food. I also dont want to express as a) havent got the time with having a toddler too, and b) dont think i would get enough out!

just wondering what other breastfeeding mums do when it comes to weaning?
thanks

Cows' milk to mix with food and cooking, but not as a drink just yet, or to replace a milk feed
