diet coke

I've haven't had any fizzy drinks since Sophie was born, is it ok to have diet coke when breast feeding, sorry if that sounds like a stupid question. xxx

I had 3 cans one day when I was feeding Elodie and I have to admit she was a little hyper for a good day or so . I switched to caffiene free while I was still feeding her.

Hope you're doing well mrsharvey. I have the odd can here and there but try not to drink too much unless it's caffiene free as like Ellie says it can make them quite hyper! x

I was told to steer away from anything with caffeine when pregnant and bf, so it's been decafs all the way here. As long as you go for decaf then it should be fine. I must admit I don't like diet drinks because of all the artificial sweeteners in them, but that's a personal thing.

I'm pretty sure I did when i was bfeeding finn but what the others have said about caffeine free sounds good x

I had diet coke but was pretty lax with stuff like that and never considered if I should have or not.

i do have fizzy drinks some times but fined to makes fraser realy windy..
