Default Should I reduce another bottle???

Hi Ladies

Jamie is 7 and 1\2 months. Was weaned at 13wks, and is on three meals a day since he was 17wks.

He has three bottles daily at the moment.
morning 7oz then cereal
dinner 7oz then potato meat and veg
evening savoury food / fruit
night 9oz

dinner and night bottles are an absolute torture to get into him and was thinking of cutting out the dinner time bottle. He was always a hungry baby but not so much anymore;
I know teething plays a big part on the appetite as he has cut his 1st tooth yesterday!!

Any advice ladies??

I thought that was his way of telling me to reduce his intake. I mean it is absolute torture. Today i tried him at dinner time with bottle and not a mission was he having it so i didnt force it on him as the wee pet just broke through his first tooth and i'm sure that wasnt easy. Then he took his night bottle with no problems and he was in great form. So i think we had a better day taking out dinner bottle, so what you think?

Some babies stop milk earlier than others, just make sure he gets milk in other ways cheese sauce/milky puddings etc.

Milk is their main source of nutritien at this age, its a blooming minefield!!! and they are all different.

I would keep offering, if he doesnt want it dont stress, sometimes they have a few off days.

HTHx

Praps just offer him less at dinnertime to avoid wastage, and then you can gradually put it back up to normal if he gets back to his usual feeds.
My Lo was never a great milk drinker, as RM said, I made sure he had lots of cheese sauces, yogurts, etc etc to compensate x

ye because i seem to be wasting quite a bit at the moment! I would give him a little star yoghurt every day in between meals. The teeth are probably to blame
