Ellie - lying down is not good cause you can't see them. Sit up in an armchair - best way to see and support bubs xxx
dara - you don't need to use the shells to prepare for feeding, though they can be handy to collect milk when out and about once you're feeding! ![]() I'm sure Claire will shed more light on it!!! Hahaha am lovin this thread now Off to go look at mumsnet, and mibbe log on and say hello x |

This has been asked on another thread but I'll ask anyway
.What books and resources would you recommend for breastfeeding advice? I'm currently pregnant, due late May and am hoping to forearm myself this time in an attempt to breastfeed for longer than I managed with my son. Thanks in advance. |

I struggled to feed Alexander & his first feed was expressed milk given to him from a 'cup'.I finally managed to find a position that helped & Alexander latched on perfectly.
However after a week -10 days he was very hungry & didnt seem satisfied,my mw examined me & told me my milk had dried up,i then had to ff Alexander & to this day it still upsets me. My breasts were not tender & i did not leak at all. What could i do,if anything,to stop this happening if i have another child? Thanks in advance xx |
