Help with Fussy Eater 22 month old
Hi everyone, this is my first time posting. I’m sure you will have had questions like this before, but I would appreciate some advice. My 22 month old is quite a fussy eater. Breakfast is never a problem – he love his milk, weetabix and toast or brioche. However at lunch and dinner it can be a struggle as he is reluctant to try new foods. He will eat carrot and cauliflower soup, spaghetti hoops, pasta with carrot and broccoli in a cheese sauce, veggies in a cheese sauce and hipp organic toddler meals. Occassionally he will eat French toast, or toast with cream cheese. I am really worried about him although he is a healthy wee boy. My husband and mum tell me not to worry but its hard when you see other kids his age and younger eating chicken dippers, potato croquettes, fish fingers etc. Any advice of new things to try and how I can help him would really be appreciated. Thank you.
