we like to eat tinned prunes in the morning, help keep us regular, buy the ones in fruit juice, they are really tasty & Freddie loves them too (careful of the stones though).

yummo i love prunes, when Mia was a bubs she used to suffer with constipation and i used to give her watered down prune juice to help out in the butt department.
i'm gonna make some fruity pancakes for brekkie today for my 2, me i'll just be having a slimfast shake

we normally have porridge at the moment, with a little maple syrup and sometimes some blueberries, banana or raisins stirred in with it.
at the weekends i will make french toast, literally lightly beat an egg, cut a couple of slices of bread into quarters, dip each piece into the egg to coat each side and the fry in butter till golden. I like mine with maple syrup on and if really treating myself a bit of streaky bacon too. Izzy has hers dipped in a little ketchup. Also nice to sprinkle a little bit of cinnamon on it when cooking it.

Same here. Evan will vary between rice krispies, cocoa pops, frosties or weetabix, he sometimes has a mixture of them, but always dry without milk!
