Default BOOKs help pls

Right following on from my toddler books lists i am looking to buy some.

I have never bought books online so forgive me for being stupid.

Hardback and boardbook r different aint they as in board book all the pages board hardback just cover as with adults books?

Secondly there are so many editions at diff prices esp on tesco who seem to be much cheaper. Im guessing any edition will do even if its an old published version as it will be virtually the same anyways??

The hardback / boardback thing sounds right.

Tescos are cheaper cause they are scoundrels and make so much profit elsewhere they can scupper and wipeout their competition without much worry about loss of profits in their book sales...

So long as the book is new I wouldn't bother about which edition it was... I suppose it depends on what they've done to change it. If it's a different publisher though, the book might be completely different illustrations etc. have a look at who published and when...

Alternatively you could just buy the sodding book cause it's for a toddler and they won't give a stuff either way...

My thoughts exactly!

I have made a list from the suggestions and also noted some prices down from red houseand tescos. I am gonna look in works who are mega cheap first then go from there.

Thanks BTW
