I love Indian Every Day by Anjum (can't rememebr her surname but she did the tv series Indian made easy!)
The Indian Every day is full of low fat recipes that are really easy to do, you just need to get the spices! Dominic loves curries and has had quite a few from this book!! I also have a load of BBC good food cookbooks - they are great for everyday meals! xx |

Oooo me too! I've still got my copy from school!
I really like Jamie Oliver's books especially Jamie at Home and Nigella Lawson's How to Eat. I've also got a subscription to Good Food magazine which I think has some great recipes in. |
