Default Recommend an author

I am always on the lookout for new authors,so i thought this might be a good thread for recommending authors to other members.

I love reading thrillers & fictional crime & i highly recommend these authors,

Tess Gerritsen,
Patricia Cornwell,
Lisa Gardner, (The Perfect Husband by her is spellbinding)!!
James Patterson,
P J Tracey,
Mark Billingham...

So if you can add to this list or recommend any author then please share.

if you like crime ones you should read Lazy Bones, can't remember who wrote it but I went on to read another couple of the authors' books and they were really good.

For a light funny read Anna Maxted can be quite good.

Jodi Picoult books are great. Most suppermarkets do the paperback versions when a new one is out.
Nineteen Minutes is the most recent one. Cant put it down at the minute.
