Question chicken pox....

The nursery Jessimae goes to has loads of los come down with chicken pox...

im thinking its only a matter of time till we get it.... hoping Livvy may have some immunity as im bfing??

How poorly were your los with it? what helped?

going chemist to stock up tommorrow... im kind of expecting high temp/cold symptoms/itchy painful spots...

anything else....

I won't tell you that I had it at 7 months, was exposed (as in a bath with my sisters) when they had it and I was about 10. Never got it then, but 3 weeks after my wedding I came down with a horrendous horrible case.

All my kids except Noa had horrible cases. (and kids 3 and 4 made sure to get it when hubby wqas overseas!)

Aub's got it when she was 16 weeks and didn't suffer hardly, she had it quite mild, but then the doc said because it was mild she will probably get it again , still poorly with it but only a handfull of spots

Hopefully if your girlies do get it they don't suffer too much xxxx

we've not had it yet, ive had it but OH hasnt!!! im dreading it when it does reach us.....think it will be worse than man flu!

i had it when i was 6 was not ill with it i actually had the spots for about 3 day before my mum noticed she was pregnant and on complete bed rest at the time
