Default you know you are resorting to Calpol night too much when

you go into settle your LO at 3am and she points over to the bottles on the chest of drawers and says "medithen"

PMSL! If they're feeling unwell though the Doctor said not to worry and its better to give them medicine as the paracetemol levels in Calpol etc are very low anyway. Imogen has gone through loads of bottles of Calpol in the last few months with these massive teeth cutting through. Theyre driving her mad so I'd rather make her feel better with the Calpol.

Isabelle had a period of being like this!! She'd ask for medicine every night before she went to sleep! I didn't always give it to her though and she's stopped now.

A friend of mine also let on a secret she has is to have a bottle of vitamin supplement around so if you think they're just after the reassurance, you can give some of that!!!

Hope she's feeling better soon,
xx

I have a friend who uses Medised for her children and she took me when she went to give one of them it one night, the little girl turned round and said "but Mummy, I dont have a sore head"!
