John Lewis also sell them up to age 3 (they're huge, I'm sure they'd fit most 5 year olds!) Just bought one of their own brand one, nice soft jersey material for £18.

H&M do 1-3yr sleeping bags which are pretty reasonable. Callum is using Logan's old ones now as Logan has a quilt and pillow and they've washed really well, don't seem to have shrunk. I put Logan with his head on the pillow at the top of the cot with his quilt over him but he doesn't stay like that. Usually at the opposite end lying on his quilt when I check on him so I just try to put it back over him without waking him. I always put a vest under his pjs now so he won't be cold. xo

Ethan will be in a Grobag forever!

He won't even entertain being under covers or a duvet so I'm gonna keep using them for a while yet.

Just to throw a wee spanner in the works but did you know (cos I didn't and wish I had) that Grobag do duvets??!! They zip all the way round IYKWIM so LO's can't go undernetah them or wriggle out! Was thinking to get one for Finlay for the winter cos he's always throwing his covers off and refuses point blank to be in a sleeping bag anymore so wanted to give them a go. The only down side is they are quite expensive but I thought it was a great idea!!

Chris has sleeping bag through the night, and a quilt for naps during the day. I put him on his pillow at the top, normal bed style, with his wee duvet over him - super cute

I looked at the grobag duvets for Isabella but they wouldn't be suitable for her yet as she likes to clamber round, sit up, stand up etc and then snuggle back down in bed and Grobags move with her iykwim.

Isabella is in the 18-36 month Grobag and it is huge but very snuggly xx
