Sleep for 11 hours, so depends when you want him to wake? Katie goes to sleep anywhere between 7 and 8.

At 4yrs, Freddies bedtime started at 6.30pm, but by the time you've had a bath, got in jammies, read stories, talked about the day etc, its lights out about 7-7.30 for hopefully a full 12 hours sleep.

Oliver goes 6.30-7 with Sebastian, though he sometimes gets to stay up later on weekends & holidays.

I put Evan to bed between 6.30/7.30 (later on weekends/special occasions) but just lately he has started playing a little in his bed before he goes to asleep. He never plays for long though and as long as he is quiet I dont mind.

i must say though now at age 5, even though i put Freddie to bed at a reasonable time (hes about to go to bed now (7pm), he does tend to be able to stay awake for longer, so he mostly still awake at 8pm.

We aim for 7pm. Two days that i work all day we don't get in until 7.15pm so then its closer to 8pm. MIL does her dinner/pjs/milk those days so i get a little play and snuggle time.

Weekends are relaxed, could be 8pm, could be 6pm if she is shattered. All depends. Special occasions and holidays there are no rules!
