Default pushchair

What pushchairs does everyone recommend please? We're going on holiday on Monday so needs to be something we can get in the shops (I know i've left it late) and not too expensive! We have the Luna at the moment which I love but it takes up quite a lot of boot space and chloe doesn't like it very much thanks x

Most people I know seem to have chicco ones for travelling and going on holidays and I've heard no complaintd. I have a chicco system myself which I find brilliant.

We're using the Luna for Ruby now. We used quinny zap for Finn which is great for small boots as folds really small, the con is it doesnt recline so if shes going to want to doze in the pushchair its rubbish! Ideal for short trips though.

If it's just for holiday I would just go into the shop and buy a cheap (ish) stroller buggy, if it isn't going to get much use seems daft to spend a fortune.

Where are you off to? I would love a holiday at the mo! Have a great time x

I got the chicco one for Evan and loved it.

I would say the same as Sarah though, if its just for holiday and not going to get much use why not get a cheapy one. I know our big Tesco Express does them for about £20/£30 and Mothercare do some cheap ones too. Hope you have a fab time xxx

Thanks everyone. Think you're right and a cheapy one will probably do the job. Going to go and have a look on Saturday as she'll probably want to have a snooze in it while we're out walking and stuff so it'll need to be reasonably comfortable. Mum's on about buying us a Silver cross Pop, not sure what they're like though so going to have a look at them as well

Sarah - We're going to Devon. It'll be our first proper family holiday as we normally just go and visit the in-laws in Cornwall. Can't wait just to have a nice family holiday just the 3 of us!

Thanks again x

I had the Pop when Sebastian was a baby, it's nice & comfy & easy to push but the breaks are strange, you have to make sure they are clicked down completely both sides or they just come off & the buggy takes on a life of it's own(especially when on a bus going round corners!)!

I love Devon! We used to go every year! Hope you have a lovely time!

We have a Maclaren umbrella fold job for holidays, cost about £80, its fine as buggies go. I'm going to take it this year just so she has somewhere to lie down when we're out at night boozing. Bad mummy.

If I were buying one now I'd get a £25 Argos cheapo
