Hey sweetie, my son has really dry hands and I use dermol cream, you can get it from your doctor, it can be used as hand and body wash too, it is really good and keeps the moisture in the skin.

My son loves washing his hands and I noticed his skin was getting really dry so i started using it on him and he doesnt have any red patches at all now

Hope this helps x x x x

we use Aveeno on prescription as Freddie is a bit sensitive to other otc creams. Maybe its the hand soap she's using?
