girls bedroom ideas

really need to start decorate Isla bedroom as it wont be long till she go's in her own room

I was thinking of redecorating Isabella's room earlier so will watch this thread.

To be fair the classic pink/cream walls with white painted furniture still works well so I might just get it repainted in the same.

What furniture does she have and what colours do you like?

my only advice is to get a set of plain black out curtains so that you don't have to change the curtains when you change the bedding! Imogens and Dylans all matched in the beginning but I've chucked a couple of sets so now Dylans room is all mixy match Winnie the pooh, George pig and igglepiggle!! Imogens luckily is easier to match as her curtains are mainly pink with a flower/butterfly border. I want plain pink and blue black out curtains for their rooms so their bedding always matches!

I have paint to redo the girls room... its currently yellow/green but Livvy has been asking for ages to have pink so i have a pink and lilac, the walls are getting dirty so it needs redoing.

I recently painted the playroom hot pink looks great!

We have cream walls and cream/white furniture with pink bedding and toys boxes

i've decided to keep Mia and Franky's walls cream, which was lucky as they both share a room now! and Mia's room is now a playroom!

i really need to finish the rooms off though, i'm going to get wall stickers.

I loved Mia's bedroom at our old house though, i painted it light pink and then the door & woodwork was lilac, she had pink & lilac curtains and i got from ebay hot pink & lilac butterfly wall stickers which i stuck over her walls so they looked like they were flying up away and then stuck some to her chest of draws too

we re-did the girls room before Christmas. They have white furniture and pink walls and pink gingham curtains and white bedding (with pink bits on it)

got the curtains from laura ashley with 20% off (they appear to be in the sale at the mo) and the bedding from white company in the sale.

might look a bit mad bubba but can't you paint all the walls cream or something and then do stickers on two walls for Mia and two walls for Frankie.....
