Ebay help? Please!!

Hello,

The time has now come for me to start selling off my baby stuff on Ebay. I have sold several items and all of the buyers have paid except one. I have invoiced this person (after 24 hours) and then sent a polite email/message via Ebay after I still heard nothing.

Is it normal for people not to pay straight away? How long do you normally leave it before taking further steps e.g. offering it to the next highest bidder or re-listing it?

Also, one person bought an item on a buy it now and paid but we've heard nothing since re: collection. again we have sent messages but heard nothing (I'm hoping that they are just on holiday!).

Any help on this would be massively appreciated.

i generally leave it a week and if still not heard anything open a dispute babe, lots of people are on holiday at the mo so fingers crossed that's all it is xx
