Question No Dribbling?!?!

Ok I have been so sure that Logan is teething but I just realised the weirdest thing today - he's not dribbling at all, not even a little bit! Does that mean he's not teething and he's sick in some other way? He always had tons of saliva everywhere when he got his other two teeth so it seems very strange that there's none this time? If it's not teething then what is wrong with him - no appetite, constantly chewing his hands & everything around him, nappy rash, rash around his mouth, waking up crying in pain? You can see the top four teeth through his gums & gums are very red. Has anyone else experienced this with their LO or should I be worried?

Logan dribbles all the time when teething except for a couple of weeks ago when there was no dribbling, but alot of red cheeks and nappy rash, i thought he was coming down with something but a couple of days later he had a new tooth through and was back to his normal self.

Oliver dribbled loads when his first two teeth came through, i was constantly changing his tops. I am sure he is teething at the moment, (so far he only has 2 teeth), all teh signs are there apart from the dribbling! Most strange! Hope the pain goes soon for him! x x x x

Thanks everyone for your reassurance, I won't worry now I know it's happened to your LO's too!
