Quickie Beetroot recipe ...

Not sure if u have tried this:
fresh beetroot
boil with skin on until quite soft
peel skin away while it is warm, hold with fork and use knife
chop up in bits or blitz
sprinkle with dash balsamic vinegar

My little one loves it ... and its very good for u.
