Dairy, Soy & Egg free cupcake recipe needed

LO first birthday sunday week ... I need to make cup cakes that she can eat that has no egg, dairy or soy.
Any idea where I can find a recipe that's simple, ie, measurements in cups and spoonfuls NOT ounces! and that is fail proof!!!!
And what can I use for icing that is low in additives as possible?

hi if anyone out there has a child with the same allergies i would love to here from you so we can swap recipes and ideas.
also i am looking for a birthday cake that my son can have its his 3rd bday in a few months and as im new at looking up all this stuff thought i better start looking now!!
