I have been trialling some gluten free, wheat free and dairy free cakes and biscuits for work.

OMG the macaroons are to die for (not literally of course) and have to say some of the products really are good. If you have issues with the above intolerances I would recommend these products.

I know how hard it is to get some nice recipes and to not excluse your lo's so would recommend you try them . www.mrscrimbles.com

If any of you are coming to the Baby Show which starts on Friday and is on Saturday and Sunday as well at Earls Court, I will have as a guest on my stand Adam Fox who is one of the top allergy specialists in the country . Take a look at annabelkarmel.tv and you can see some videos where he answers questions on allergies.

He's really knowedgeable so if any of you have concerns do pop over to my stand.

We are also giving a talk every day at 12

And there's free food too on my stand..
