Milk is still her most important source of food and will be till she's a year old so there is no need whatsoever to reduce her bf. At 6 months she's still much to young to be cutting out milk. She will probably do that herself in time when she is ready to but don't do it for her.
If she doesn't want to eat solids and is showing no interest then just leave it and try again in a few days and see how you get on then.
If she is showing signs of reactions to individual items then I would introduce things gradually. Try something, if she has a reaction then move on to something else. I would imagine purees of veg like butternut squash, sweet potato and or other root veg and some fruit like stewed apple, pear or mashed banana or avocado are a good starting point. Find things she likes and doesn't have a reaction to and then start mixing them together.
Take things slowly, relax and follow your babies lead. I'm sure she will eat when she is ready.
