Dairy and Ecezema

Has anyone trialled a dairy free diet to see if it affects their childs ecezema??

I'm going to start with dairy and then try wheat and see what happens.

He absolutely loves milk, yoghurt and cheese so its going to be a long two weeks!!

Any tips would be much appreciated!

how old is your son?

i realy wouldn't go dairy free unless you have be advised to by a doctor
maybe try getting him an allergy test?

i too would be reluctant to ban any food group without first consulting a Dr, loads of kids have ecezma, not all are diet related, you might just need to apply a moisturiser or change his skin care routine first i.e no soap etc etc

My 6 month old has excema and i was told not to cut out any food. Its partly hereditary but i use no soap at all on him. Oilatum in the bath and oilatum and cetriban all over at every nappy change. as i am religiously stickking to this his excema is looking a lot better.
