Default wheat and gluten free flour...

Have just bought some plain and self raising flour (Doves Farm) as one of teh kids at Rhys' playgroup is wheat intolerant and I wnat to bake some treats for their Easter party.

Is there anything I shluld abt cooking with these products? Do I need more/less/ same raising agent, cooking time, oven temp etc...


Looking at making cake pops and some biscuits so will need to use the SR and plain flours respectively.
