Default Multiple food protein intolerance..HELP!!

My 9 month old boy has suspected multiple food protien intolerance and until we identify exactly what is causing his excema/reflux/tummy aches im not allowed to feed him any dairy, any soya products, fish, eggs, red meat, lentils, peas...doesnt leave much. Im allowed to give him lamb, though ive never cooked it in my life...anyone in same boat? Hes very stubborn and really wants to feed himself...i need ideas for finger foods, he wont eat banana by himself yet will eat it mashed of a spoon, hes not allowed any berries either. Hes on neocate formula which i can use in recipes instead of milk, like rice pudding and custard but they are so smooth and think after 3 months he is fed up of them. Hes just cut his 1st tooth so could do with starting to chew. Ive searched the shops for bread thats milk/dairy free but cant find any so have started to make my own so he is now having toast. I dont know any other parent whos child has this so its hard to know what to do. Dietician hasnt been much help! Anyone got any recipes for lamb that they could send me? many thanks

If veggies are okay then why not try some as finger food. My LO loves to feed himself these. Carrot, parsnip, celearic, sweet potato and pumpkin can all be cut up and steamed till tender. Small potatoes work well too. What about the summery fruits apricot, nectarine, peaches ? Are these okay ? My LO also loves things like melon, avocado, mango and payapa.

For Lamb why not make a stew. Brown off some stewing lamb in a little oil, add some veggies (onion, carrot, and whatever else you like) and some water. Simmer till the lamb is tender (at least an hour).
Minced lamb can be used the same way as beef to make shepherds pie.

Default Multiple Food Protein Intolerance

My LO is 8 months and has the same thing. He's allergic to everything and has reflux. I'm having the same issues trying to figure out what to feed him. He was born small and is still small, doesn't help that he can't eat. He's hungry all the time. I feed him raw goats milk every 2 hours-he's allergic to milk and soy and the other formulas didn't work. Goats milk is one thing he's not allergic to and has done wonders for his BM's. If you find some recipes, please share and I'll do the same. We are going back to the GI tomorrow because the Prevacid made things worse for him and I'm hoping he knows more about Multiple Food Protein Intolerance. I'll share with you what I find out.

BTW-Did your LO have multiple rounds of antibiotics by any chance?
