This was delicious Ellie
I didn't have any broccoli so skipped that and used an onion as I'd peeled and diced it before realising it wasn't needed. We all loved it and made three extra little portions for freezer.
An additional bonus was Barney adored the leftover milk from poaching the fish. He loves milk and fish so it was only right to let him have the 'fishy milk' lol.
