Breakfast Med bowl of shreddies,1 toasted waffle with homemade lemon cheese on
Snack 1/2 banana
Lunch time Bowl of homemade chicken & veg soup,a crusty roll,yogurt
Afternoon snack box of raisins,2 cubes of cheese
Dinner Chicken,mashed pot,peas & cauli with gravy,small handful of blueberries
Suppertime After all that food about 3 mouthfuls of cheerios.
Also about 3 beakers of water.
