Welcome to Annabel Karmel's new forum which we hope you find helpful and enjoyable. I am currently exploring the forum myself and I am still working on (and tweaking) the main website - so please bear with me!

The new forum is much more colourful and the navigation has greatly improved making it easier for you to share recipes, ideas and tips about nutrition with other parents
