I have a recipe for one but it's for using up lbs of tomatoes and making large batches for storing so not really suitable if you only want to make up a small lot.

The tomato chutney isn't vital to the recipe. It add some flavour and moisture but you can go for lots of other flavours too. I don't always have any in stock so I play around with other ingredients - mango chutney works well as does grated or stewed apple or pear, finely chopped or stewed dried apricots.
