Hello, my 13 month is allergic to whole egg. I have tried egg replacer but it never works very well! I now use banana and fruit puree like apricot...50ml plus 1 teaspoon baking poeder to the recipe is equivalent of one egg. Things like scones are good, i use Pure spread ( as my Son is dairy free too!) and soya milk or Rice milk. Hope this helps, i know how hard it is cooking for egg allergy!
