my Dylan has just been diagnosed with this and it is such a pain. Its going to take a while to get used to, as I almost always use dairy in meals especially butter, cream,creme fraiche etc! Lactofree do a good range of stuff, I've gotten milk, cheese and yoghurts so far. Am now using that stuff in cooking instead of the normal stuff. Anything that Dylan isn't having though we have normal stuff-I still give Imogen petit filous and stuff like that. Spose we'll get used to it soon! good luck xxx
