But back to the smoothies, Finlay used to have one every day, doesn't at the mo cos I can't afford them!!!!!! I don't see anything wrong with it, I've totally chilled about these things now cos on the whole he has a very well balanced diet. And on the Aspartame thing, it freaked me out too for ages, wouldn't let him have fruit shoots or anything but have gone back again
he has them so rarely I'm not really going to worry about it, I think if it was something he was having for every drink every day then that's when it's a problem xx
