Here's my photo of the 'cheese' cake I made for my brother's wedding. My sister-in-law is Coeliac, so couldn't have a traditional wedding cake. All the kids loved the fresh fruit, and we cut up chunks of cheese to put in little boxes just like a 'proper' cake! The tiered cake was finished with fresh herbs from the garden and little heart-shaped Neufchatel cheeses, which come from the town where we take our family holidays, so it was really personal.
