Yesterday, Isabelle had:
Breakfast: Shreddies, plus some of my Special K

Midmorning Snack: Banana, raisins & apple ricecakes
Lunch: Tuna, sweetcorn & mayo sarnies, with some cucumber & tomato
natural yoghurt with some honey & granola, biscuit
Snack: Organix Date & Apple bar, some apple, few white choc buttons
Dinner: Chicken, mash & veggies, rice pudding & dollop of jam
Lots of water thoughout the day.
Milk before bed x
