Default Weaning from breast to solids & formula

Hi
I'm also trying to wean my daughter to solids.

T usually feeds as follows:

BF first thing in morning anytime between 6 and 8 - anything from 15 mins to an hour

Breakfast (about 9.30/10.00)- 1 oz of baby cereal/porridge/fruit puree plus between 1 and 2 oz of formula

Mid morning (between 11 and 12)- BF for about 30 mins

Mid Afternoon (about 1.00/2.00ish)- between 1 & 3 oz of solids plus 1 -2oz formula

Late afternoon/early evening (about 3.30/4.00ish) - between 1 & 3oz of solids plus 1-2oz formula

I then offer BF before bed (about 5.30 - 6.00ish). Until she falls asleep.

T will then wake about 10ish for another feed and has started waking about 1ish and 3ish (sometimes just at one or other)

T will not take more formula with meals (probably full) and will not take any on its own. I have been trying to wean her on to sippy cup for a couple of months but will only take small amounts (no more than 4 - 5 oz total on a really good day, sometimes as little as 10mls). T will not use a bottle. I have recently started to wean to solids.

T is 26 weeks old.

I was looking for advice on how to reduce night feeds (or replace with formula feeds) and/or info on trying to get T to take more formula during the day.

Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated!!!!
