Spoke to my Bro today and the market is in a really good way now, he said not to wait till Spring/Summer cos it's already getting busier and so it will push the market back down again, things are going really quickly and for really good money atm cos there's not much about and people are paying whatever for them!!
Am so excited, trying not to get too excited just in case something goes wrong again or we can't sell but just the thought of reducing our mortgage by 100k is making me feel very happy indeed!
