I BF both my girls but only fed Ruby up to 3 months. When I switched to bottlefeeding I must confess you have to get your head around how many ounces, how often. How long bottles remain sterilised, is it dangerous to pre-make feeds up etc
Once I got my head around the above there wasn't much more support that was needed but I think whether you breastfeed or bottle feed it is all a mine field to any first time mum..... or any time mum
