Plenty of sympathy here! I boked a lot with this pregnancy (and still am sick every week or two) and with Rhys the vomiting stopped when I had him... So hope you dont fall into the sick the whole way thru but it you do, just do a sweet smile at all those who tell you it will pass... Either that or murder them...
I couldnt prepare food esp omelettes or bolognese for ages as it just smelt awful. We had ready meals or chicken things or filled pasta with tomato based sauce a lot! Much prefered veggies to the meat part of meals!
To help, I drink loads of milk, and I found ice lollies (ie juice type ones) and "wet" fruits like strawberries and melon helped as well as helping you up your fluid intake. Maybe worth a go? Ginger did naff all for me. I did wear those wrist things and was still sick with them on during both pregnancies but was afraid to take them off til abt 16 weeks in case I would be even worse.
At 12 weeks, I did get antisickness medicines from doctor as I couldnt even get into work (8 miles away) or down to GP surgery (3 miles away) without vomiting...
On the plus side (there is one???!!!), its a great sign that the pregnancy is v strong!
