how do you get a baby to latch on that seems to have no natural rooting reflex?
Both my babies had problems latching on, they would scream but when the nipple was in their mouth they would make no attempt to suck, occassioonally chew. we tried several posistions, waiting til they were very hungry, doing it after a good bottle feed, expressing milk so they could smell it etc with no sucess.
I wont need this advise as i'm done with my family
but i know several others here have had the same experinece, seems more common that i thought, thanks
