hi bubba, i was like this when pregnant and did pass out once and came close a couple of other times & had the blurred vision etc. i went to docs and she said its most likely to do with low blood pressure which is fairly common and is due to pregnancy hormones relaxing the walls of blood vessels.
you should go and see your doc or midwife, just to get checked over. no harm done in going and it will give you piece of mind. hope you feel better soon
