oh bless him, if you feel out of routine i would imagine Aram does too, and as he cant express himself hes just telling you he feels "out of routine" by acting out.
He will settle down sweetie, los dont do change well, and i imagine an elderly lady living in your house who i imagine is so trying to get Arams attention, is freaking him out abit!
Just play it cool, lots of hugs when hes good and ignore the bad behaviour as much as you can, he will come round
